This policy explains how [Your business / trading name and full postal address] ("Roshy", "we") collects and uses your personal data when you visit roshyshop.com or buy from us. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@roshyshop.com.

What we collect

Order information: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, what you bought and how much you paid. Payment card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form.
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
Your cart: stored only in your own browser so your items stay put between visits. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To process, ship and support your order — performance of a contract.
To keep business and tax records — legal obligation.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — legitimate interests.
To send you our newsletter — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Stripe — processes payments (and PayPal, Klarna or Revolut if you choose them).
Our fulfilment partner — receives your name, shipping address and phone number so your order can be packed and shipped. Our fulfilment partner is located in China, outside the European Economic Area; we share only what is needed to deliver your order, under appropriate safeguards.
Delivery companies — to deliver your parcel.
Cloudflare (website hosting) and Resend (sending order emails).

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years to meet Irish tax and accounting requirements. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to help you. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email us at hello@roshyshop.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
