Shipping costs

• Ireland: free on orders of €30 or more. Otherwise €3.99.
• Rest of the world: free on orders of €45 or more. Otherwise €7.99.

The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within [e.g. 2–5] business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is [e.g. 7–15] business days for Ireland and [e.g. 10–20] business days for other countries. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and public holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking details. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the courier first, then get in touch with us.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside Ireland may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an order once it's placed, and we're not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
