2. Using this website

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and returns policy, which form part of these terms.

3. Products and prices

We try to show our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but appearance may vary slightly by screen. Prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable tax. Shipping is shown separately in your cart and at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and contract

When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email, which forms the contract between us. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. We do not see or store your full card details. Depending on your location, you may be able to pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna or Revolut Pay. Klarna payments are also subject to Klarna's own terms.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Your right to cancel and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed. Full details are in our returns policy.

8. Using the products safely

Follow the application and care instructions. Stop using the product if you experience irritation. Do not use if you have an eye infection or injury, and keep away from children.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
